Summary: The house was absolutely amazing. Everything was super clean and the house had so much room for activities. George was great about answering his phone with any questions I had and he was very helpful. My friends and I had an amazing time and it’s our favorite house that we’ve ever rented. I would definitely recommend this house.

Summary: We worked the Sea hear now concert. We had 12 people and were very comfortable, and had a great time. After a long day of work it was much better than a hotel for fun and unwinding.

Summary: Beautiful house and grounds. Amazing rooftop with a great view and relaxing vibe and the pool/spa was clean and amazing . We didn't even make it to the beach but the location was convenient to NYC and for shopping / food. Host was very responsive to the minor issues (restarting the Internet) and was a breeze to work with. We really enjoyed and our dog loved the grounds. Look forward to visiting again

Summary: The house was great but needs a few things to be repaired. The pool pavers are filled with gravel, so you have to wear shoes and most of it ends up in the pool. Pool chairs need repair and cushions No latch or lock on bathroom pool house bathroom Indoor ac works well on main floor and 2nd floor upstairs is HOT. No fan in kids room. Bathroom vent is loud and needs to be replaced. No pots or pans, so you need to pack your own That includes plates and food prep stuff (knives, bowls) The door to the front and pool area has no lock and can be accessed by anyone. Scary. The step leading up side stairs is deceptive. Needs to be taped or highlighted. Many of us tripped coming in. Love the kitchen space, fridge, wine fridge and closets. Pool table is cool but not enough space to play comfortably.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this truly incredible one of a kind house. Perfect accommodations for our group of 10 to stay comfortably, have fun in the pool, and get to the beach easily. Host was very accommodating and available for everything we needed along the way.

Summary: Recently remodeled and prepped for fun. We were in town for sports tournament and was perfect layout for the girls and moms. Would be great for any big group. 10 min from beach but we just stayed at the house- pool table, fuzbol table, big connect four, great pool with spa and tons of space for everyone. Outdoor grill and great patio space. Host was super responsive and great to work with.

Summary: Large spacious house perfect for a family, several families or for large group gatherings. The location of the house allowed for a quiet retreat like setting for relaxation while close enough to the shore to enjoy the beach life as well. A large driveway provided a lot of off road parking was a plus. Additionally, the owner was flexible and easy to communicate with which made everything run smoothly during our stay. Overall this house created a perfect atmosphere for our family gathering. If looking for something spacious and relaxing, this is the rental for you!
