1619 Sq Ft , 2 car garage house inside Pebble Creek. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den. open living, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Porcelain tile and quartz throughout. Brand new appliances, Sonos media system, lots of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. This house has been furnished to provide every comfort required.
The house even comes with a golf cart.
The back patio is awesome, BBQ grill, and patio table, seating area and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing after a day of golf or entertaining friends.
PebbleCreek is an age restricted community, One of the guests must be at least 40 years old.
1 small (1-15LBS) dog allowed with a non-refundable $200 Pet Fee
