We are offering a “Short Term Rental” One room with Queen Size Bed for a 1 Professional Person in a new beautiful house, renter needs to be Responsible, Clean, quiet and organized individual. The room has new Carpeting with new mattress. The room has a closet in a new quiet neighborhood in Kissimmee area 34758 on Ham Brown, Reeves Rd & off Poinciana Blvd for 2 Professional Female Worker has a shared clean, new bathroom. The Room each has 1 Smart TV, use of the brand new kitchen with appliances, pots, dishes and dishwasher and Laundry room. House has security system with cameras with outside parking in a great neighborhood . We are located 40 minutes away from Disney , I-4 and Universal and 417 close to major highways and stores with great restaurants & schools. 25-30 minutes from Orlando Airport.
No visitors, children, NO PETS, NO Smoking, alcohol or drugs allowed. Landlord lives in the house. Thank you!

Summary: Staying at Wayne's & Lucy's was definitely a home away from home kind of place! The room was cozy, clean, with ac, and well-equipped with a dresser/drawer, a closet, a mini frig (very useful/convenient), a very comfortable queen-sized bed with night stand, and even a mounted TV. The bathroom was also well-lit and sanitized. The entire neighborhood as well as their home were in a very secure, quiet community with plenty of shopping centers and eateries. I felt safe and secured as a single female tenant at Wayne's.I emphasized cozy because Wayne & Lucy welcomed me with open arms into their home. Oftentimes, they would even prepare home cooked meals and asked me to join them. My stay here in Kissimmee was work-related, but I made 2 wonderful friends as my bonus! Anyone staying @ Wayne's/Lucy's won't have any troubles or regrets because they keep their home safe, welcoming/inviting, and modern, with seasonal decorations! They are down-to-earth friendly, caring, pet-loving homeowners who are willing to open their home to visitors. 2 Thumbs up for an awesomely great VRBO stay!10 for outstanding hospitality! Thank You, Wayne & Lucy, for being such wonderful hostesses!Will stay again if opportunity arises, but we already have made a lasting friendship! With Appreciation,Karen Li
