Summary: I had high expectations with 76 10 out of 10 ratings. Good: location, beach, cleanliness and well stockedNeeds improvement: property is aging, furniture is uncomfortable, the four bedrooms are a good size, the common area is extremely small. This likely works in the summer, but over the Xmas holiday, you really need some indoor space. Stove is old and doesn’t work well. The property owner never reached out, it has been completely sourced to a property manager. There are no water toys - e.g., paddle boards would be super cheap to add vs the renters have to provision at an additional cost. Unacceptable: listing is inaccurate. It claims that there is a washer and dryer. There is but not available to the guest. It may seem minor, we purposely pick houses with laundry for ease of packing. We’ve stayed at several amazing properties through VRBO that are deserving of a 10 out of 10. This isn’t one of them. The price to value just isn’t there.

Summary: This was our first time visiting Exuma and we are offically hooked!!! When searching for homes online the Hart house was the first to catch our eye and we hoped it would be as described... IT WAS PERFECT!!! This home far exceeded our expectations and the property manager, Onike was great! She answered all of our questions offered recommendations and was quick to respond any time we needed her! This home gave our group of 9 the perfect space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The home was well stocked, clean and spacious! We spent most of our time in the pool or playing the ocean. It was literally steps to the most beautiful beach on earth. Powdery white sand, gorgeous crystle clear water.... Absolute paradise!!! We cannot wait to book this home again. I highly recommend this property! Book it now, You will not be disappointed!!!

Summary: Hart house was amazing! We were a group of 4 couples. The house is set up perfectly for a rental and the back space is larger than the pictures make it seem. We spent majority of our time at the outside bar. The ice maker at the bar kept up with all 8 of us, a huge positive. Power on the island went out several times but the generator made it so we hardly noticed. Pool cleaners were efficient (and quiet). There were a ton of appliances, pots/pans, spices, dishes, dish towels. We had a great time and both owner and local house manager were very efficient with answering our questions.

Summary: We had a group of 3 couples. The house was well-equipped with everything one needs for cooking, lounging around the pool, the covered poolside bar, hot tub, etc. The house has 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms strategically located in quadrants. The house manager was quick to respond (as well as John, the owner) and felt at ease knowing that we could call on her (or him) if needed. My husband and I are familiar with Exuma and really enjoyed this location as it was close to the airport and Georgetown as well as restaurants. We really enjoyed the eatery across the street. The locals are absolutely wonderful people and cannot wait to go back for that reason alone. Just a little warning: If you have never been to Exuma please be mindful of the the no-see-ums and bring whatever works best for you to keep them at bay. Baby oil works great for some but not for others. Even if you hate using Deet (as I do), you may want to make a concession for a short time in your life. If they don't bother you at all, well good for you! But they love me so I do what I have to do! That aside, we all had an amazing time and will always be back.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay tremendously at this property with another family (friends) that we vacation frequently with. We regularly travel to the Bahamas and look for a property that is comfortable, has great amenities and location is incredibly important to us. This property checked all of our boxes! We loved having coffee oceanside every morning before heading out for our day's adventure. We ended each day with a dip in the hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to use, with so many seasonings to use with our fresh fish and lobster. The cleaning and laundry services throughout the week were greatly appreciated. Honestly, this was an unforgettable vacation thanks to the home that we made ours for the week! (The only downside was the dishwasher was "out of order" and we did way too many dishes for being on vacation.)

Summary: The property is perfect for a family or 4 couples! The kitchen has everything you need. Each on suite has a king size bed! My only recommendation would be to have some water toys such as paddle boards and/or kayaks. We had two teenage boys that needed more to do than swim.
