Summary: Loved the community - the golf courses, pools, activity centers. Great place to spend the winter season!

Summary: Property is well maintained and in great location close to anything you may need/want. Owner provides all you need for the stay and it is all in good condition. Property is very quiet. Patio is large and comfortable with Nat. gas grill, table and 6 chairs. Downsides are only one small bath with a single sink and low water pressure/flow in bath sink and shower. Property not really suitable for more than 2 as 2nd BR is small, with a fold away bed and has no separate bath. Guests thus are not recommended. Also garage is quite smelly because the trash can needs a good cleaning. Owner is quite accommodating but is a bit slow to respond to text or email messages/inquiries. We enjoyed the month's stay and would recommend it to others.
