Summary: Lovely interior, with comfortable beds and couch table and chairs. Modern kitchen well appointed. Parking and access easy. Bathrooms and bedrooms and associated features were good and most appropriate. Due to the heat wave the portable AC was not adequate to cool the entire flat, making it uncomfortable at night. Property management needed to come out to address ants on the kitchen counter, which they did right away and it was resolved. Overall I would rate the Comfy and Cozy home 4 out of 5 stars. Thank you.

Summary: The home is super cute. There is only AC in the living room but the other rooms have fans. It was a little warm. There are lots of cobwebs that need to be cleaned inside and out. We had an issue with mice and had to leave.

Summary: We were doing an adult trip ended up with 4 grandkids. Home was perfect for us all. The Patio was a great place for conversations and laughter. The home could use a toaster. But besides that there was all the necessities and appliances you need. Everything was perfect! I finally found the hair dryer last day. I liked the feel of natural dry. I missed the california weather. My step son is a restless sleeper and in tge middle if the night the edge of his pillow knocked off the lamp and broke it. We have stated we would have the insurnace and it could be claimed. It was also pretty much perfect in the middle for all we wanted to do in LA. We went the baseball games beaches, hollywood, Universal Studios.

Summary: This house suited our needs perfectly. We were visiting family in the area, and it was just a few minutes drive to their house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. Getting to the laundry was confusing, but the owner helped us when we had questions. And we had a grocery delivery that didn't make it - I guess the neighborhood is a bit confusing for delivery drivers, too, but we eventually found the packages in front of another house nearby. This was a quiet and easy stop for us. And our arrival was delayed due to kids getting strep, and the owner had no issues with that, was very responsive. Thanks! Would absolutely stay here again when visiting the same family!
