Other Policy Staff is only available during opening times from the restaurant, monday & tuesday closed, wednesday 12 :00 – 15 :30, thursday 12 :00 – 15 :30, friday 12 :00 – 15 :30 & 18 :30 – 21 :30, saturday 12 :00 – 15:30 & 18 :30 – 21 :30, sunday 12 :00 – 15 :30, if you arrive out of schedule, you can come through the door to the right side at the back of the hotel. you can enter and exit at any time using an access code to open the door: contact us, your key/card will be in the box on the wall, with your name and room number, the rooms are upstairs. there is no elevator, breakfast (8€) can be served upon reservation, from 7:30 down in the restaurant, and 8 :30 on saturdays and sundays, you can also book your breakfast tray to take it earlier in the room. it will be on self service in the big fridge that is located on the first floor, as we are a small house, and breakfast is optional, please order tray/book your table with your reservation, to make sure there is staff available, you can also book in advance, a cold plate or a meal to warm up upstairs for dinner.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Positive: Cosy room, spotless clean, with all the necessary facilities (coffee maker, electric kettle). Easy access to Luxembourg City by bus that runs every 10 mins. Kopstal itself is a village in a valley that feels like you are in the middle of mountains. Despite that, has 3 good restaurants, including one that doubles as a very nice pub.

Summary: cosy small hotel among forests and hills, 15 mins away from Luxembourg City

Positive: The staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and big with a spacious bathroom/toilet. It was all clean. It was near the bus stop from where you can take 3 or 4 different buses to Luxembourg city. 20 minutes and you are in the center. The village itself was nice and quiet.

Negative: The noise. You could clearly hear everything that the neighbors did and said. The hotel is next to the church, the bell from the church will wake you up at 7am, and will keep ringing every 15 mins until 10pm. We didn't get a double bed, but two separate beds moved together. Though they were quite comfortable.
