Positive: Perfect little cabin! Big enough for what we needed. Also has a hill/field behind the pods that offers some insane views of the valley!! The covered fire pit was a nice end to our night. Breakfast was delicious, very generous portions! We loved our time here

Positive: Everything was just wonderful, very unique and quirky place. Loved the beautiful breakfast left for us. Very comfortable enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit was so relaxing. Owner was really friendly and so helpful

Positive: We loved the remote location of the pod. It had everything we needed. Kevin provided us with lots of information about the area which was great. Seeing the deer grazing was great. Hubby loved cooking the provide breakfast outside. Thanks for veggie breakfast too.

Positive: A wonderful stop for the night on a long cycle journey from the south coast of England to the Shetlands. The pod was really comfortable and so well designed - every detail has been thought of. Kevin provided a huge amount of food for breakfast so we had some of it for dinner, along with the supplies he'd been able to order in for us in advance. Recommended!

Negative: The midges! But Kevin provided citronella candles and fly killer spray for the inside.

Positive: Excellent stay with very friendly host and everything you could need in the pod. After being in a tent this was fantastic! However if you are expecting a 5 star hotel this is not for you.

Negative: Very minor but there are no electric sockets next to the bed to charge phones and use them at the same time. But this is probably extremely hard to install! The bed also did sink quite a bit so if that's not to your liking then it won't be very comfortable for you.

Positive: It was a fun place to stay. Kevin is a legend. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Hearing and seeing the stags in the distance was magical.

Negative: There is little privacy in the toilet. If you are used to camping you will be fine.

Positive: Great little camping pods just 20 mins from the NC500. the drive down was absolutely beautiful and received a warm welcome from Kevin. He was knowledgeable of the area and gave tips for walks locally. The pod has everything you need, including a comfy bed, shower and the ingredients for an incredible breakfast that you cook at your leisure. I stayed at the end of October and there was a little heater and an extra blanket so I didn't get cold. Brilliant value, I had a great stay.
