100 m2 Apartment with a veranda, central located, especially for Families or Guests who like to visit the tourist attractions, beautiful beaches of Corfu and at the same time to have a relaxing spacious place to stay. ALKINOI Apartment is close to Corfu center, beaches & attractions.
A space of 100 m2 consists of 2 fully furnished bedrooms (one of them has a king size bed, the other one- 2 single beds & a sofa bed or a super king size & a sofa bed on your request), open plan living room with a fireplace-dining area-kitchen fully equipped, a sofa bed and a bathroom.Veranda with views, (2) private free parking spots, convenient shops within 100m.A bus stop with a frequent direct connection to Corfu center and beautifull beaches is 80 m.away.
The property is central located in a quite area, on the Top second floor, 3km. from the airport, 4km. from Corfu town center, 5km. from the port, 4km. from ACHILION PALACE & MON REPO PALACE. Popular place PONTIKONISI - KANONI with a beach, cafes, restaurants and beautiful views is in a driving distance of 5 min.The nightclubs & the old town is in a distance of 4km.
Property's Location makes the Apartment ideal for using it as a base for daily excursions to the most popular attractions and beautiful beaches, providing you the advantage of an easy driving access, reaching the south & west beach resorts which are in distance 7-20km.away, the north part of the island and the old town avoiding the traffic & parking problems of the center. The property holds two (2) free private parking spots for your cars.

So, there are all the convenient shops such as: Supermarket, Grocery, Cafeteria, Pizza restaurant, Bakery, Grill room, Gas station, Pharmacy, within a walking distance of 100m. Also a 24h Supermarket (home delivery) and a Medical clinic are close.

Summary: We had slight issues collecting the Car,Spiros the host was on hand at the end of the phone to help with the fine details. We found the Apartment after less than a 10 minute drive from the airport, situated in the urban suburbs of the capital surrounded by local domestic accommodation there are plenty of amenities restaurants cafe's within walking distance. As in the pictures & description of the listing, the second floor accommodation is well equipped with a spacious open plan kitchen dining/living room. The seating, two settee's, are comfortable an big enough to relax of an evening. The entertainment package consists of a flat screen TV with faultless full internet British TV & wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with integrated oven& hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, sandwich toaster. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine, tea coffee bread, & condiments plus bottled water!! excellent touch. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable spacious and well presented with ample storage, 1 double room and a twin room with infants cot with spare linen and towels. Bathroom houses the washer machine. Our holidays are based on touring the locality, in Corfu's case the whole island. This apartment is ideally situated to experience everything the island has to offer. Whether you have your own transport or wish to rely on public transport. The host Spiros is on hand to offer routes and itinerates to explore the island. Navigating the island was made a whole lot easier as Spiros provided google routes via WhatsApp which helped to avoid congestion and bottle necks. He also recommended local restaurants some of which were off the beaten track and without the recommendation we would have missed out on some lovely cuisine. A car is not a necessity, the bus timetables and routes are all provided, of which I can not comment as we didn't use public transport. We have rented on numerous occasions, Spiros is in our experience been the most proactive congenial host.
