Positive: Great little country home in the exurbs of Chiangmai. The house is a bit secluded which is great and everything you need in terms of restaurants and grocery, gym, etc. is within a 10 minute drive. Modern newly built home with good internet and appliances.

Negative: Country home! Gotta be super careful about crumbs to prevent pests and normal country house things like that.

Positive: Well-furnished. Clean and nice personal space for a good catch up with friends. 3 bedrooms. 1 with attached bathroom. 1 common bathroom. Functional kitchen. Enough space for 2 cars. Breakfast is very good. Choose a main dish and a beverage. Good to place order the night before and the time you would want it delivered to avoid a long wait.

Negative: Wrong address in Booking app. This must be rectified. We are directed to the wrong side of the road and did many U turns. Must have your own car. Need to drive out for other activities and food choices. It's a townhouse in a residential estate. Some driving required to get to amenities. May be good to have a washing machine 🙏
