Positive: The hotel is perfectly located in the forest, not far from Jungmun and road 1100. The staff is very helpful and caring (restaurant, réception, cleaning, water activity). The breakfast is very good, the style of rooms and common facilities are pleasant. The swimming pool and water activities were appreciated. This is my second stay in WE hotel and I will come back as soon as possible.

Positive: Very attentive staff and location was beautiful and quiet. Great gym and pool area.

Negative: Rooms were worn out. Electric light and curtain system was patchy at best. Buttons didn't work the way they were intended. No clear instructions anywhere.

Positive: The WE Hotel Jeju was a very pleasant stay. Everything was completely clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was very tasty and generous. The hotel has an ambience of relaxation and self-care. We visited towards the end of summer and there were families and children. The staff were lovely and accommodating and made every attempt to speak English but there was a language barrier under certain circumstances. The on-site convenience store was cheaper than the bars and restaurants. The location of the hotel is fabulous: quiet and surrounded by nature.

Negative: The spa treatment options were lovely but perhaps a little expensive. The convenience store was more expensive than normal convenience stores and closed at night and did not have much variety.

Positive: Everything! Our stay at WE Hotel was outstanding – a perfect combination of healthy and tasty cuisine, restful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The staff were unfailingly kind and attentive, including in the restaurant where we ate breakfast, a salad lunch and two magnificient dinners, but also elsewhere. Special thanks to Tak, the concierge, who was so helpful and in contact throughout our stay! All facilities worked seamlessly without extra charges. Excellent value and a truly memorable experience!

Positive: The overall property is nice and the restaurant in it is good. The staff is super friendly and polite!

Negative: The property did not meet my expectations. The room was ok but for a 5 star hotel was not what wow. The pool is way nicer in photo than the actual pool.

Positive: The staff from reception to services were all phenomenal. I've never felt more welcomed at a hotel before and they all went over the call of duty to deliver great service. Everyone made an effort to use English and talk with us, treat us well and help us enjoy our stay as much as possible. The pianist/musicians at night in the lobby were a nice surprise, and the aqua calming treatment was very relaxing.

Negative: Really just a few little things which are not the hotel's fault. The location isn't great and there's not enough to do to make up for the location unless you are serious about having some procedures done. But it was incredibly peaceful. You need a car to be able to leave for the day and come back at night. Wish we could've accessed netflix or some streaming services from the TV at night
