Summary: I booked and paid for a double room with en suite but was given a twin without en suite, without any prior notice, this meant i had to get dressed to go to the toilet. My bath towel was dirty and stained, the bin had not been emptied from the previous guest and the milk sachets for a hot drink had gone off and curdled. I have photos.

Summary: Was a bit concerned when I arrived a couple of minutes before my estimated arrival time to find the owners were just about to leave as they had forgotten I was due. However after that check in was quick & easy. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. I was told on arrival I was the only person staying that night so was a little surprised that someone was playing music in the room above me for an hour or so starting around 1:30am. A good shower which was just across the corridor from the room & the breakfast was very good

Summary: Unfortunately we had a family emergency . So i never stayed .but i booked in . then few hours later i had to return . collect my things and leave .. Telephone number doesnt work ..Rustic . breakfast would be served in the office reception entrance .. Bedroom, very dated .cramped ..a musty hew . to be honest i would not book again .
