Positive: Fantastic gateway with the family. Everything you can think of for every age. Excellent service, tasty food, entertainment at its best including the aquatic park of course, but also an extensive gaming zone, fitness, spa, restaurants…

Negative: The only one in morocco unfortunately. We should have more of it in every city.

Summary: Family dream!! Amazing hotel with outstanding facilities.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel with everything you need to have a nice stay. The aquapark is amazing and not too crowded. They also have a smaller pool outside the aquapark if you do not like it crowded. The breakfast was good.

Negative: The bathroom was not 5 star. The sink in the shower was broken. There was nothing to hang your robes or anything else. The room service missed us for 2 days until we had to specifically ask for the room to be cleaned. The breakfast at the end runs out of a lot of dishes so make sure you go early enough.

Positive: The junior suite was specious and clean with a balcony and a good view on the pool and aqua park, the staff were kind, welcoming and helpful

Negative: Nothing of importance, except make sure if you traveling as a family with kids to read the kid’s policy in regards to breakfast and aqua park access.

Positive: It looked like an amazing aqua park but unfortunately it was closed. They did a good job about notifying us right after we had booked that it was closed.

Negative: The food was a little bit different but overall it was still very good.
