Summary: Amazing to wake up each day with kangaroos outside your door. All the facilities one needs to have a nice quiet vacation. Wonderfully responsive and friendly hosts.

Summary: Stokes Bay, and thus the cabins, is isolated. Situated on the cliff face, looking north, one is surrounded by silence and peace, mixed with dozens of kangaroos and even some sheep. Nearby is the only restaurant, sadly open only till 5 pm; so bring your own food or consider a drive to Kingcote (sadly with roo-danger for the nightly return. We stayed three nights to have a holiday… make daytime excursions and enjoy evenings at the cabin. Highly recommended, but not if you expect action!

Summary: Paul, Katja and Poppy made us welcome from the moment we arrived, and the experience was more than we expected. The cabin we stayed in had spectacular views and an abundance of wildlife visiting us at the cabin. A great experience. Highly recommend anyone to book a few days if you want to get away, experience nature, relax and enjoy the surroundings, including a beach cove. Its also a great place to access all attractions on the island or if you want to just have a spot to stay and relax. We will definitely be coming back. Rob & Cindy A

Summary: Greatest place on Kangaroo Island, a lot of wildlife around. The house is large, clean and modern, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and can recommend to all generation to visit Kangaroo Island and stay over in the very comfortable cottage of Katja and Paul. They are so friendly, supporting and take the time to make sure you are feeling welcome and comfortable.

Summary: Whilst all of Kangaroo Island is beautiful, Waves and Wildlife delivers when it comes to peace and quiet and engaging with nature. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. A beautiful location overlooking Stokes Bay with abundant wildlife at your door

Summary: Well kept cottage with the most amazing views of the ocean and local wildlife from the deck. Very easy booking, check-in experience and just a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Summary: What a stunning experience! I loved waking up to so many kangaroos and dragonflies each morning, walking down to the beach and having a coffee at the rockpool cafe. Paul & Katja were great hosts and the self contained unit was just perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend!
