Positive: Very quiet and peaceful location. Mostly birds singing noise only. Walking distance from a nice beach and promenade. Very accommodating and responsive hosts. Spacious house with everything you need. Gorgeous view of the sea in the distance. Nice garden where we enjoyed our breakfast and dinners. Renovated bathrooms and kitchen.

Negative: There was some construction work next door on last days that made less comfortable but that wasn’t the fault of the property.

Negative: If you do not have a car, one has to walk long way to the best beaches, as you have to walk around the large resort grounds.

Positive: Fabulous accommodation presented over three generously proportioned floors The bedrooms were a good size each with their own shower room, one with a balcony The lounge was large and gave access to a small seated area outside The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need A guest toilet was a useful addition to the downstairs The solarium afforded a beautiful view over the swimming pool and well maintained grounds and beyond to the sea The proximity of the beaches was a great advantage Armação de Pera offered a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes replete with good quality meat or fish options A large Intermarché was within a 10min wander to stock up on basics as necessary

Negative: Having to leave it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Positive: It is at a nice and quiet neighbourhood with wonderful view from the second floor balcony and rooftop terrace. We enjoyed sitting in the small private garden at the ground floor for our meals. It is an old property but with modern updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is a nice property.

Negative: There was an ant colony just outside the house where ants do make their way into the house. The owner did not give proper instructions as to the house number and how to get it until we asked.

Summary: Great property. Please provide house number when providing instructions to house.
