Positive: Reception staff were extremely friendly and accomodating, although I didn't catch his name, he also helped me to book another night when my plans changed, the restaurant staff at red rock trattoria were also super accomodating at that point, even though I wasn't dining at the time. The room (without loft) was well spaced out , fireplaces in bedroom and living rooms, with easy access . Easy parking, walkable access to everywhere in Waterton. I dined at the Trattoria for my first night, great service and friendly staff, book in advance

Negative: Bed is really high ! Difficult to get into. The televisions were difficult to control and no manuals to explain them .

Summary: More like a motel, all rooms opened to the outside, but very convenient. Definitely go again !
