Positive: All was nice. Communication with host was fast and effective. Property's location is good. Close to groceries and some coffee shops and 10-15 mins drive away from main attractions. All furnitures, tools etc were working properly. We had all we need and they were all clean.

Positive: Location was great! It was a very comfortable place and I'd be happy to stay everytime I'm in Miami.

Negative: I smelled the stench someone mentioned. Nothing the homeowner/host can do about that. Think it might be sewer gas maybe. It lasted maybe 15 mins tops when I noticed it. THAT WOULD NEVER PREVENT ME FROM BOOKING AGAIN! And I stayed there for 2-weeks.

Summary: Great Waterside retreat! Made me love Ft. Lauderdale even more than I already did.
