Positive: Space in room was good.

Negative: Booked double room with breakfast. However, couldn't attend the breakfast buffet due to a late overnight function instead ordered to the room. But the delivery took a long time and we had to continue with several follow calls to the reception. And the food delivered was basic food. Also experienced the issues with the door lock. Stuck several times since it did not function properly. Also the buggy was not operative.

Summary: Improvement in service to inhouse guests. Overall, it was fair.

Positive: We heard this hotel was newly built, and we truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The big, comfy beds were a dream, and the staff’s generosity and warm smiles every time we walked in made us feel instantly welcome. The location is perfect — there’s a beautiful lake right next to the property, and it’s just a couple of minutes away from the park. The breakfast spread is absolutely to die for, with something delicious for everyone. Overall, we felt our money was very well spent at Waters Edge Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful setting.
