Summary: My husband and I stayed two nights with two of our kids. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! The kids loved being right on the water. The mist rising from the river our first night was a pleasant surprise for all of us! Everyone we ran into was so friendly and helpful. We love Arkansas and can’t wait to come back again!

Summary: We dipped our toes in the water and enjoyed the peaceful stay. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful view on the water. Even though it was a weekend and people were out grilling and chatting, we went to bed early and didn't hear a thing.

Summary: The home is incredibly clean, well appointed, and exceptionally comfortable.We appreciated the clear directions to the location, for entry, and for checkout.The water really is just steps from the property and provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, a bit of yoga, or just observing nature. We were en route to a different location and even looked for availability for our return trip becasue we enjoyed it so much.

Summary: My sisters and I enjoyed a nice long weekend away just the girls. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside and watching the geese. It was so peaceful and we all wrote down the listing information for next time we visit Hot Springs! It was the perfect location.

Summary: This place was precious! It is close enough to Hot Springs to do all the fun Hot Springs things and yet it feels as though you’re at a lake retreat. The condo was very comfy and clean. The owners were great to communicate with. The location is phenomenal! I would highly recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful time. 10 min. drive to downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn. Next time we'll be sure to bring our fishing poles.

Summary: Our family stayed at the lake house for several days and found it so relaxing. The guys were at the lake first thing in the morning and every single evening trying to catch some fish, although they didn’t have as much lucky as they hoped. Lol.The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner at the house a few times while we were there which was really nice. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

Upon arrival, we noticed a few small things missing that were mentioned in the welcome message—there were no bottles of water in the refrigerator, and the sugar packet for coffee was old and hardened, which made our morning coffee a bit tricky. Additionally, the water pressure was quite low, though that might be an issue affecting the entire property.Aside from those minor details, it was a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee and a beautiful river view
