Positive: Location, breakfast, parking, the bed was comfortable.

Negative: The drive in was full of potholes. The dining area had cobwebs on the windows and clutter around. We were not allowed to have our shoes on in the unit. Nor in the dining room. There were no chairs in the unit where you could sit down to take your shoes off. The shelving in the kitchen was so high that I could not even reach into the back of the bottom shelf, where the coffee and tea was held. The glasses and coffee mugs were 1500% outside my reach. Yes, I am short, but never have I seen shelving with items for us use being so far out of reach. Even the mirror is so high that you can not see your face in it. There are no curtains, so to get changed or ready for bed, you have to pull the drapes closed and turn on the light. Breakfast was good, but having to listen to the host going on about religion was uncomfortable while you were trying to enjoy your breakfast. We cancelled the next days breakfast and went elsewhere. We would not stay there agin.

Summary: Good beds, good breakfast, mine host is friendly but different.

Positive: Room was clean and great shower water pressure.

Negative: It was very cold inside and no form of heating. Driveway needs serious work as the potholes were huge.

Positive: The location was a huge drawer close to the venue I was at for the week. We didn't go for breakfast during our stay. However, our friends enjoyed breakfast 👍🏽

Negative: Parking was a distance from the room, and needed to cross the wet and slippery grass to get to the carpark. The rooms smelt stuffy, which made the pillows smell stuffy. Aue, the huge and heaps of potholes down the long driveway.

Positive: Alistair and family were exceptional hosts. Great local information, tips and recommendations. Very clean rooms. They even provided a breakfast for us to have in room as we had a very early departure prior to the usual breakfast time

Negative: The apartment bathroom we had really requires updating. It wasn't dirty, towels were clean but the shower was very dated and worn.
