Positive: The apartment was HUGE! Very clean, spacious and very well equipped. Amazing location, central to everything.

Negative: Finding the room from the back of the property was a little difficult and the parking wasn’t really explained (stacker). But it’s not a big deal, the property was fantastic and we would definitely stay again.

Negative: Parking . Alarm went off middle of the night. No clear instructions on what to do. Fire brigade turned up after ringing them. Was up for 1.5 hours before sorted

Positive: Fantastic location. The living area and balcony overlooked the ocean which was amazing.

Negative: There was a very strong smell in the public corridors coming from the Indian restaurant. Then inside there was a different, very musty smell. Although candles were provided, I’d suggest something should be done to address as it was quite strong. Also all liquid soaps in bathrooms and toilets were watered down with very little soap. This was disappointing and a poor attempt at saving $. Also one of the bathrooms didn’t have soap in the shower.

Summary: Overall a great location and with a few tweaks, a great apartment.

Positive: Fabulous location, well stocked and comfortable.

Negative: The fire alarm went off 4 times during our stay. one of those was at 12:30am. No fire, so it’s obviously malfunctioning.

Positive: Great position and very friendly agents. Well appointed kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony, although it would be good to have some optional covering over the balcony such as a wind out awning perhaps?

Negative: The twin bunk bedding in the 2nd bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, so much so that one of us had to resort to sleeping on one of the sofas in the loungeroom, which was thankfully bigger and more comfortable than the bunk bed. The bunk beds would be suitable for a smaller child, but not for a fully grown adult. Also suggest a bedside lamp in the twin bunk bed room. There was also a fan noise in the lightwell between the two bedrooms which went all day and all night, not sure where it was coming from, but was not ideal. Couldn't turn off the air conditioning either. The stacker parking leaves a lot to be desired, one of our party had a new car and was not comfortable with parking it in the stacker. We ended up parking both cars in the street behind the Waterfront Apartments which even though was opposite the police station and fire brigade, was not ideal. This review sound's like we had a terrible time, but is offered purely in an attempt at constructive feedback :-)
