Dramatically perched 60 ft. over the calm Caribbean Sea, 'Cliffhanger' presents stunning views across Coral Harbor, into Hurricane Hole and beyond to the BVI. This waterfront villa offers everything new; a new modern full kitchen with all the amenities, new bathrooms with stunning detail, and all new furniture, appliances, and electronics. 'Cliffhanger' is ideal for couples and perfect for families, as it comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults guests with its 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom, kitchen, extra bathroom and living space is located on the main level and can accommodate extra kids in the living room if needed. The other two bedrooms, king or two twins and a queen, each with their own entrance on the lower deck, can be reached via an exterior staircase. Having our home set up this way allows us to offer the master bedroom alone or in combination with either one or two of the downstairs bedrooms. Gaze into the mesmerizing blue and watch boats from all parts of the globe as they glide through the turquoise waters of Coral Bay Harbor. Spot turtles and sting rays from the sprawling dramatic deck or cheer on sailboat races from the comfort of your hammock. You will completely relax at Cliffhanger.

Summary: Our first time on St. John. Everything was perfect, optimum location between north and south beaches, house is beautifully placed right on bay shore, equipped with absolutely everything you would need during the stay. Close to shops and restaurants, communication with host also great, having a greater lead us from the dock and giving a tour of the house was really helpful. We had a great time!

Summary: This was our first stay in St. John and we couldn’t have had a better experience with this villa. The property management team was perfectly on time with each communication, very responsive, and made it very easy. The property was very very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and there was lots of room for our party of 5 to spread out. Stunning views, beautifully decorated. Very highly recommend to anyone.

Summary: Great views, very clean and nice property. Ok now the bad. Mosquito’s galore. They must be getting in through the screens or the floor. We spent most nights killing 20 to 30 in the main master room. Also the main room with kitchen is not air conditioned. Makes it a real problem when that is the main room family gathers. Also not kid friendly if you need the other rooms for kids beings they are on the second floor away from the main house. Other than chasing mosquitoes every night and being sweaty while we ate this place was great.

Summary: This property was great ! All the previous reviews were correct in saying the pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were really cozy and kitchen has everything needed for your stay. Parking is tight on a main road so if you can squeeze your guests into one car that is definitely recommended !

Summary: Nothing short of spectacular! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Cliffhanger. The pictures and descriptions online do not do it justice. It is everything advertised and then some. The location is absolutely perfect for those who want to be close to grocery and dining in the smaller quieter area of Coral Bay. We were literally minutes away to a grocery store in either direction. Snorkling at the rocky entry below was fun and easy with reef to the left and right. The views were Breathtaking and the entire house promoted utter relaxation. Jared, Keri and Clare were amazing at communicating and providing us with everything we needed. Easy check in and check out process. We would not hesitate to stay again and cannot wait till our next trip! Thank you!

Summary: This house was amazing. Views are incredible. Great location to beaches, hiking, etc. but much quieter than the Cruz Bay side of the island. The house is very comfortable. The deck is fabulous. Kitchen is nicely furnished with plenty of cookware and utensils. I especially appreciated that enough basic supplies was provided for our entire stay (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc.). I would love to stay here again!
