Positive: The house’s location is absolutely wonderful - it’s quiet and has direct access to the most beautiful bay. Anna and Dino went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and were the best! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and we had everything we could ever need or want!

Negative: Nothing, it was excellent.

Summary: We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property is perfect for a relaxing and sun filled vacation!

Positive: Anna the host was superb and responded immediately to all messages. There was a problem in one of the bathrooms and she tried her best to rectify it. When it was not able to be fixed she provided a complimentary BBQ dinner with wine and dessert and a grill chef for all 8 of us to try to compensate for the inconvenience!! Above and beyond I would say.

Negative: We felt that the villa is not quite "the finished article" for a true luxury villa, with some areas which we felt needed improving. The villa is beautiful and the location is superb, but at £1,000 per night EVERYTHING needs to be 100% and we felt that there are still some teething problems to overcome. There is one bedroom behind the kitchen with no AC and we felt that this should not be the case and if there were 12 guests, this would most certainly be a BIG problem. The bathroom for these two bedrooms is also in need of some attention to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the villa. A shelf inside the showers to place shampoo, shower gel, etc would be very useful. We found it strange that some of the doors have no outside handles, which meant that the doors onto the roof terrace in the top floor bedrooms couldn't be closed behind us properly to keep the room inside cool. The sliding door onto the large upper balcony actually somehow locked itself after closing, trapping the people outside with no handle to be able to open the door!! This happened on 3 occasions but luckily not everyone was outside on each time, so there was someone else to let them in.

Positive: The sea with crystal clear waters, is literally out the back garden of the property. Anna, the villa manager is so friendly and accommodating and answered any questions we had. She made us feel very comfortable.

Negative: We loved staying at the villa. It’s a pity there is not one small shop or bar within a shorter walking distance. Taxi to the town takes approx 10 mins and 25 mins walk which is fine without the hot weather. The villa is otherwise perfect.
