UPPER LEVEL:
Open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living space. Living area includes TV (with Apple TV) and wood burning fireplace. Dining area seats 6-8 plus additional counter eating space for 4. Views from all the windows and a entry to the deck.
This level also includes two bedrooms. The first has two twin beds. The second has a king bed with entrance into bathroom. The bathroom includes a full-sized bathtub and shower.
LOWER LEVEL:
Open recreation space with a ping pong table, TV with Xbox and Wii. Also includes a set of bunk beds for additional sleeping space. Views from all the windows and a entry to the lower deck with a hammock and two hammock chairs.
This level also includes one bedroom with a king bed and a water view. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a shower.
Fair Harbor boat launch is three miles away! Good restaurants nearby in Allyn. Grocery stores are a 15 minute drive into Belfair.

Summary: Paid a lot of money for the three nights. Bought food so we could stay in but cooker only worked the first night so had to waste food. No kettle and coffee maker also did not work. Contacted property manager but she said nothing could be done in the time we were there. Not very clean and house looks ‘tired’ Really disappointing

Summary: We were a family of five adults and one dog. Property was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. But the real prize is the gorgeous view of the lake from the living room/deck. We had a lot of rainy weather, but that did not diminish how beautiful this spot really is. Thanks!

Summary: This was the most peaceful relaxing property we have stayed. We walked in the door and Mt Rainer was glowing at sunset and the view was spectacular. We were going to spend time at Olympic National Park but never left the home for 4 days. Hated to leave. Beautiful home, well appointed with everything you will need. Open and spacious with beautiful water views everywhere you looked. The long driveway took you through the a forested area that gave you a sense of being miles from everything yet a short drive you will find a small market for anything you might of forgot. Very private and you immediately feel the comfortable and at home. Wonderful place to just kick back and relax. We are already planning on visiting this home soon.

Summary: House was updated, clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It was well connected with wifi, video games, tv and Sonos music system. We especially appreciated the toys and books for young children and the hammock swings were a hit! The two biggest misses on the house were a lack of water equipment, the master bedroom upstairs had a funky smell and the downstairs had a hint of dog urine smell. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations. Our reservation was for 3 nights for our family (2 adults and children ages 5, 3 and 1.) At the last minute we extended the invite for another young family to join us for 1 night during our stay (2 adults and children ages 5, 3 and newborn.) Since the house sleeps 8 we did not even consider that the extended invitation would present an issue. This is an expensive rental that collected a prepaid cleaning fee. Prior to departure we completed all cleaning and checkout procedures. When we arrived home that afternoon we received a message in the VRBO system that the owner posted an additional cleaning fee. I called and spoke with the owner who informed me that their cleaning service charged them more for laundering all beds in the home. Based on the number of guests on our reservation, the owner did not expect us to use all the beds and it was clear to them that we had unauthorized guests. We have an unsettling suspicion that the owners use the security cameras beyond the scope of safety and security and were monitoring the activity onsite throughout our stay. At the time of our booking, the property’s House Rules did not outline additional charges, the pricing structure did not adjust cleaning fees based on occupancy and bedroom access within the home was not restricted. Immediately following our call I contacted VRBO who confirmed that we are not responsible for paying the additional charge. I followed up with a message to the owner in the VRBO system notifying her of such. In turn, the owner contacted VBRO to file a complaint against us on the basis of us violating the lease regarding the number of occupants. Sadly, what would have been an otherwise enjoyable weekend ended with a dark stain from a new owner over something that we think is unreasonable and petty. Given the high price point we recommend renting from someone more professional.

Summary: When we arrived we were unable to get in but Angy responded right away. The house cleaner had not been but Angy jumped into action and took care of everything. Once that was taken care of the place was exactly as pictured. Such a relaxing time and it had everything we needed. We will be back but staying longer next year for sure.

Summary: I booked this property last minute and Angy could not have been more accommodating. The property is beautiful - you feel secluded but within easy distance of grocery stores and coffee shops (big hits on family vacations). The house had everything we needed, it would have been fit to host Thanksgiving dinner! The views of the Sound and Mt. Rainier can't be beat, and it's down a lovely forested driveway that makes for a great morning walk. We cannot wait to visit again!
