Vacationing at the Newfound Lake is amazing! From the minute you arrive you will be stunned by the commanding lake and mountains views that abound here on the property.
Waterfront 3 level Townhome is newly renovated with brand new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and new carpets. The moment you enter the home you will be taken away with beautiful views of Newfound lake and surrounding mountains. The main living area features open concept. The leaving room features lounging area, with a flat screen TV and leather recliner well as stunning, panoramic lake views. In fact there are views of the lake from every room. Dining room has large dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen also has large peninsula with 4 bar stools. All utensils and dishes are brand new.
Enjoy morning coffee on the private deck and a drink at night in the screened sunroom. Throw some burgers on Weber grill on the small patio in front of the lake. Play some tennis, swim on either one of two sandy private beaches. You can also bring your own boat as mooring is available at extra charge.
Townhouse features one king size master bedrooms, one king size bedroom, kids bedroom with futon and bunk bed (full size on the bottom), and a loft with day bed. There are also 2.5 bathrooms. Washer and drier are in the unit.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful! We’ve spent the past 9 years staying in the Newfound Lake area for the week between Christmas and New Years skiing and visiting with friends that live in the area. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with bedding, linens and kitchen dishware and cooking equipment. The owners were responsive and easy to get in touch with when needed. We definitely recommend and hope to stay there again. The Jaquith Family.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo. There was nothing we needed. We had one issue come up, and Vasiliy was immediately responsive and helpful. The condo was spotless with plenty of towels and blankets, spices in the kitchen, and stunning views to enjoy from each floor. We spent the week hiking and found the location convenient to explore the Lakes region and the White Mountains. There were restaurants and groceries nearby, so we had privacy and a quiet spot on the lake, but amenities close at hand. It was a wonderful week!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo on Newfound Lake! The condo is very nice, modern and so clean and so comfortable. The master bed was also sooo comfy! Every room has a lake view and what a beautiful view it was! The condo had everything we could possible need and the neighbors were very friendly! We hope to come back again someday!
