We are an outstanding newly remodeled and updated canal front 2/1 condo with heated pool and boat dock. This condo is only a 7 minute WALK, half mile to Turtle Beach and minutes ride to Siesta Key Beach and the village. You are walking access to the free Siesta Key trolley to the beaches, village shopping, restaurants and nightlife. No reason to rent a car. But if you choose to, our gated condo has a one car garage and free parking (rare for the key).

Our heated pool is directly on the canal, it's fun to view the passerby's ... either human or marine life. Float your vacation away in relative privacy... The condo is only 7 total units so very private pool - did I say private ;)
Hit Turtle Beach, it's just a 2 minute drive or a 7 minute walk. It's a great beach, less crowded and more convenient than other area beaches. It's closer and easier to access the water from the parking lot and not the spring breaker scene ;)
If all the action is what you're after, you can access all the island has to offer with a short drive, or better yet a trolley ride, to Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. Soak up the festivities, shopping and nightlife.
The FREE trolley is an easy stroll from the condo and operates daily, year around. It’s a great way to avoid the hassle of finding parking. You can access Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach, Captain Curt’s and the marina, and the Siesta Key Village.
Just 40 min away is St Armand’s Circle, downtown Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch’s upscale UTC mall. Even head East for some horseback riding or watch some polo matches at the world class Sarasota Polo Club.
Uber and Lyft extremely accessible as well.
Our place is bright, fresh and clean with great views from every room. All the furniture and beds are updated and stylish. We’ve tried to provide a great experience for our guests- please read our 5 star reviews and then decide. We are premier hosts for a reason!
We are a small community and parking is limited to 2 cars per unit. Please note no elevator, MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB 2 SETS OF STAIRS - 12 on outside and 10 up to the living room

Summary: Fantastic condo! Very clean and had plenty of room for the three of us. Heated pool was a huge plus. They provided everything we needed for beach. Chairs, umbrellas, noodles, coolers, bikes, towels. You are a solid 15-20 min from siesta key village and beach. So just factor that into what your days look like because there can be a lot of traffic.

Summary: Rental is immaculate, cozy, and perfectly located at the quieter end of Siesta Key. Easy access to nearby Turtle Beach and trolley stop to whisk you to restaurant, bar, and shopping district. Kayaks and bikes were super nice and much utilized. The mangroves were fun to navigate and the “private beach” was a treat. Beautiful area, best rental.

Summary: The place is amazing, quiet and clean, plus lots to do so we had an great time. I do have to say the property manager was very easy to work with and her communication skills are top notch so I will use her again for all my travels to this area!

Summary: Exactly as I had expected, given the great description in the listing! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was quiet, with just a short walk to Turtle Beach. Our host was very responsive when I had questions. Wish we could have stayed longer so hopefully we get to come back again!

Summary: Condo was cute and as described, pool was nice, kayaking to the private beach was fun and quick walk to the trolley makes it easy to enjoy Siesta Key Beach and the village. Would definitely go back. Only wish there was a grill for outside cooking!
