Beautiful and spacious lake-front home with wide-open views! This is the perfect spot for a fun family gathering or a restful couples' retreat. We have deep water from April - October and the water is always clear! This charming home is complete with a gorgeous screened in porch, perfect for watching sunrises and taking in all the lake activity. From the main living space, walk right down the stairs onto the dock and right into the water, or cast a reel and catch some fish. Bring your boat or get a rental from one of the nearby Lake Martin marinas. Smith's Marina and ice cream shop are just a few minutes' boat ride. Parker's Marina & Landing, and Kowaliga are also just a short 10-15 minute boat ride away. We are also conveniently located 15-20 minutes from Alexander City grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Want to catch movies or sports on TV? Check out our large flat screen high resolution TVs with YoutubeTV in the Master, upstairs bonus room, and main floor living areas, as well as on the outdoor porch. Summary: This is an amazing property on Lake Martin! Pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic location and when you sit on the screened porch you feel you are on the water! Right across the lake...a 5 min kayak ride, there is a marina where we rented a boat and got frozen yogurt. Epic Landings erea is 10 min by boat. House is very well laid out and has wonderful amenities...kitchen better stocked than my own. Plenty of room for families to spread out. We celebrated my parent's 50th Anniversary and it was perfect. Do need to stress there are a lot of steps but was not an issue. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. My teen loved the lake so much he now is considering attending Auburn so I think we qill be back. Neigjbors werw friendly! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Summary: A group of six of us rented this property for an extended weekend at the lake. During our stay, we enjoyed a nearly 180 degree view of the Lake. The dock was the perfect place to relax, dock our boat rental, and swim / kayak. The downstairs area has an awesome kitchen / living room area with an outdoors screened porch with TV for watching the games. The area upstairs is perfect for large families, or multiple families or friends to share without being on top of each other. Julie was highly responsive and a wonderful host. My family will keep this place in mind for future Lake Martin and Auburn visits.
