Summary: We had a great time and the view is excellent. A good surprise was the restaurant and bar within walking distance. All the neighbors were friendly too. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: Location of the house is perfect. Yard was awesome and great for yard games with the kids. Fire pit area was really enjoyable. Close to restaurants and a boat rental spot. The gas grill was unusable, really dirty. We made the charcoal grill work but not ideal for the amount of food we brought to grill. We had to clean the blankets looked like dog hair was everywhere when we arrived. Overall great experience and would definitely book the area again.

Summary: I would say it’s very beautiful setting, nice view to the lake. The kitchen, living room area is very Dark not hardly any lights and not very clean at all! Dust in the screens of the windows & under furniture & beds. Kitchen table wobbled while we ate. The “game room” is a dirty garage! The ping pong table was broken! For the price that is paid I am being generous giving it a 4. In my opinion the only positive was the view.

Summary: This is the fifth year our family has stayed here, There are twelve of us from 7years old to 76. The house and property are well maintained and comfortable. Brad, the owner, is great to work with. One of the things I especially like is that the lake is very shallow at the pier. Our kids can play in the water close to shore. Every year we rent a pontoon for the week and dock it at the pier. Lake Koshkonong is beautiful and not too busy.
