Summary: The house was very clean well stocked with kitchen ware. However, I would not characterize it as a true 4 bedroom. We were a group of old friends, so a lack of privacy was not a big issue for us, but I could see where it would be for some individuals. If you're concerned about privacy, ask for more pictures.

Summary: The house was immaculate & beautifully decorated! It does seem like they aren't quite finished with a remodel, though. View from the dock on the lake was worth the stay alone. We spent lots of time out there watching the boats go by & enjoying the cool breeze. The kitchen is well appointed & we had every convenience we could've needed along with privacy in a quiet location. Things other guests might want to know / things we would recommend: Master bathroom door won't remain closed, guest bedroom door will NOT close & drifts open, several vents were open into the attic space with no vent cover, & there's only slight water pressure in the master bathroom shower, although the showerhead is impressive. The mattress in the private spare room is one of the hardest we've ever slept on & ANY movement at all is VERY loud in it. There's a tiny step (maybe 1" tall) from the living area into the hallway next to the two private bedrooms Each & every one of our party tripped over it going in & coming out of that area more than once, including our 81 year old Dad. We couldn't find any sugar at all for coffee and there was very little ice in the freezer. Be aware if you plan to have any kids sleeping on the twin bed / trundle bed that there is only the simplest of locks on the door directly next to that bed - and the door leads out onto the dock over the water. Overall this was a lovely accommodation and we would certainly choose it again should we stay in this area again.

Summary: Perfect, relaxing place to get away while visiting Purdue and seeing football game. Clean, spacious and a nice quiet location. As FYI, be aware there is not a microwave or dishwasher. It wasn't an issue but unexpected.
