Summary: The family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at the host’s boat house. The property was much more spacious than the pictures represent. You will be pleasantly surprised. Neil was beyond accommodating and was super communicative. A++ experience all around. Will definitely be booking again.

Summary: We enjoyed a 4th of July stay on the boat...both Waterfire and local fireworks were enjoyed. The marina is in a perfect location...close to many restaurants and a beautiful and pleasant walk to Waterfire. People in the boats docked around us were friendly and respectful. It is so much more fun than staying in a hotel. We're looking forward to doing it again!

Summary: Second time at this marina renting from Neil. Super nice guy and he has fun rentals. This one was an old wooden Albin yacht. Well beyond it's day, but it was a lot of fun. It was everything we expected and will do this again.
