Summary: House on river was everything as said in discrimination- very clean -nice landscaping- updated kitchen and baths-comfortable beds and furniture-plenty of room to spread out. Heated pool and hot tub and grill a plus. Dock was a great place to watch spectacular sunsets and fish. The amenities were above and beyond . There were 8 in my family and we were all comfortable and happy with neighborhood and convenience to restaurants,shopping and beach. Management was a phone call away if you needed anything . Plan to go back.

Summary: This house was perfect for our trip. My husband and I were there for a month with family and friends visiting at different times. I’ve never rented a vacation home that had such a well-equipped kitchen. Absolutely amazing. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts were great and very attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing

Summary: What a great experience. The house was impeccable, super comfortable beds, great location and excellent river view. The pool was heated as well as the hot tub. Host communicated with us all the time, check in was super easy. We definitely will be back

Summary: My family and I wanted to get away from the cold in Atlanta to Florida for thanksgiving and I can’t express how much fun and relaxation we had at this home. First the host made sure that all our accommodations were met and always checked up on us to see if there’s anything we needed. The home is beautiful and plenty of space for your family. The view on the dock is breath taking. If you decide to stay at the home you wont regret it.

Summary: What a wonderful week! My family and pup needed to go to Ft. Myers for my son's baseball state tournament and being that we didn't know how many days we needed, figured it was easier to stay at a home than a hotel. Everything about this property and owner was fantastic! The home was beautiful and had every single amenity you could ever want. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and chock-full of items for your use. The BACKYARD! What more can I say? Huge pool, hot tub, tons of outdoor seating, a dock to fish off of and huge grassy area to play. Wonderful vacation with a wonderful, accommodating host. Highly recommend!
