Great quiet family getaway for swimming, fishing, paddling, boating and wildlife viewing. House has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, whirlpool tub, two decks, screened-in porch, fenced-in play area, dock and walkout basement game room with ping pong table, foosball table and other games. There is a large, well-stocked kitchen that is open to the dining area and living area.
House is located on a peninsula with 270 degree water views. There are decks with views of the water on both the front and back sides of the house. We like to enjoy our morning coffee in the shade on the front porch and have dinner in the shade on a large outdoor table on the back porch.
Two kayaks, one canoe, a paddle board, a private dock, a neighborhood boat ramp, and various outdoor games are available for use by guests.
The cove where the house and dock are located is very quiet. One of our favorite morning and evening activities is to paddle back into two adjoining undeveloped coves that are teaming with wildlife. There is a county park on the opposite side of the cove on the front side of the house, which has a playground, hiking trails and mountain bike trails.
If you are looking for a quiet vacation spot, this is a great house for you. If you are looking for a place to party into the wee hours of the night, this is not a good choice. The neighbors are generally quiet and go to sleep early. Because sound travels far on a quiet cove, the neighbors will complain and you feel unwelcome if there is a lot of noise or cars coming in and out late at night. Furthermore, the house has original artwork, upholstered furniture, and rugs that are easy to damage if you have a wild party.
Because the house is in a rural location and is frequently vacant, there are two outdoor security cameras that point away from the house. There is a Ring doorbell, which is pointed toward the road and there is a security camera on the south corner of the house pointed toward the driveway.

Summary: Excellent stay! Great boating and great location. Beautiful views. House was very well taken care of and clean. Kitchen well equipped. We used the canoe and kayaks to paddle down the nearby creek and it was great. One lane road to get there for about 3/4 of a mile but it wasn't a problem. Neighborhood had a boat ramp which was convenient.

Summary: The property looks exactly like the pictures showed. The home was very cleaned and we had everything we needed. Grocery, Publix’s is within 15 miniatures and this is a new area and has restaurants in this vicinity as well. We ate at the Toucan restaurant for our anniversary, which was right on the water. We were traveling with our small dog and took him with us. Our food was wonderful, highly recommend

Summary: Accurate listing all amenities were as advertised and even some additional that werent. Our 2 year old really enjoyed the outdoor space which was fenced in, giving him additional freedom and less worry for us. Great place for family and friends.

Summary: Met my Daughters family (40) and Granddaughters (8,11) for 5 night stay. The house and location were perfect for us. More private part of the lake, yer all of the access. The house had everything we needed. The house is well noted with guidance notes in appropriate locations to assist in making it feel like it was ours. On checkin I had a few questions and the owner was responsive and accurate I would recommend this property and host any time

Summary: This place was magic! Quiet part of the lake and the house was so clean and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped as we did our own cooking. The gas grill was easy to use. The dock and covered sitting area on the water was amazing! I really didn’t want to leave. Our host, Rick, was extremely quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

Summary: Our family was looking for the perfect R and R and this home was even more than we expected. The area was quiet and somewhat excluded. So much to do in the game room downstairs and the kayaks, canoe, and floats were the perfect recipe for the hot weather. Highly recommend
