Positive: The high ceilings in the room, and mini fridge in the room was a nice surprise asking with the compliments of bar soap. Nothing was over the top but was comfortable enough for a good night's rest.
Negative: The room had a bit of an odor even with the windows open. And there was quite a bit of noise with the coming and going of people that the dogs they have would bark. Wouldn't mind it as much but at 10 pm that should have been thought out more carefully.

Positive: The homeowner of the house was very friendly and helpful. The house looks amazing, they have a beautiful waterfront yard, with a great sunrise/sunset view. The blackberry along the route to the waterfront was sweet!
Negative: There are two ways near the gate, and we drove the wrong way twice. Their gate is actually pretty beautiful, and we didn't realize that it was the place we were looking for. It was really a surprise.

Negative: There were three dogs in the house that were not listed in the information, this is a bedroom inside of a house shared with other people. The information stated “views of the water” however we could not see any water. Our biggest complaint is that the bedroom door had no deadbolt and we were not able to lock the door when we left for the day. The bedroom is a mismash of thrift store finds and no comfortable chair to sit in. We had to sit on the edge of the bed to eat or to watch tv which was mounted so high up it hurts ones neck to look at it very long.
Summary: Our most uncomfortable stay.

Positive: They’re nice, kind old couple. We were in between an apartment and at first its only gonna take us 4 days until we get to move in our new place but there’s some delay from an apartment that makes us have to stay there for few more day, it was kind of a last minute until the apartment tell us about the delay. But after we tell them that we need more days, they’re so nice about it and only charge us $70 a night for the extra night we need. The kitchen and the backyard is very nice!! All the little dogs are cute too🐶
Negative: It would be good if they have some more toilet paper in the bathroom
