Positive: Nice location on the river. Lots of peripherals at the home for guest use, fishing rods and kayaks etc.

Negative: During the rain and storm the front window leaked all through the lounge room. The neighbours on both sides make the stay disappointing. On one side they yell, fight and shout all night, on the other side the neighbour is nosey to the point of interfering with your stay, even going as far as spraying our dogs with a hose over the fence.

Summary: Nice location, nice group house, terrible neighbours.
