Summary: 5113 Avalon was very nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks in the neighborhood with our dogs. The house matches all the pictures in the listing.

Summary: This property worked out just perfectly for us. Within blocks of our friends and so many great places in downtown Cape. Pool life was outstanding. Every kitchen utensil imaginable to have meals at home, comfy beds, great showers.

Summary: What a great house. It was so clean and comfortable. I stayed in touch in with manager too. Very friendly! We walked every morning in the hood, it was a very safe and clean neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property is amazing. It is very clean and nicely remodeled. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is nice, and the house also comes with a ping pong table, bikes and kayaks. The property location provides easy access to the river.

Summary: We needed to get away from the cold and isolation. We are seniors so we continued to shelter for Covid but took bikes rides, walked, played ping pong. We enjoyed the pool in warmer days

Summary: The house was exactly as shown in the ad and seeing it up close and personal brought smiles to our faces. Renee was fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better manager. Cape Coral turned out to be a welcome surprise. We all really liked the Town and quiet area we were in. Of course, it helped that Mom Nature did her thing and pool everyday and safe outdoor dining were easy. If I could wish for one thing....it would have been the keys for the boat at our dock.
