This amazing, newly remodeled lake home will not disappoint! Settled on Diamond View Bay of Diamond Lake, you'll enjoy 75 feet of sandy waterfront on the quiet bay to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing! Our backyard beach and pier are only steps away from our back door! Bring your boat and have fun waterskiing, tubing or just cruising around the beautiful 1,078 acre all-sports Diamond Lake.
This lake house is a family-friendly home with enough space for multiple families to stay comfortably. The home was completely remodeled in 2015 with multiple additions, including the four-season sunroom. Fresh paint and flooring throughout the house as well as new kitchen and appliances, washer/dryer, and additional master suite, and updated outdoor space. Other amenities include a fireplace, high-speed internet and WiFi, Smart TV, and public water. Located in the cul-de-sac of a lightly traveled road, plan to bring your bikes for a nice evening ride or play a friendly game of basketball on the adjustable hoop in the large driveway*.
This home can be enjoyed year-round! Kayaks, paddleboard, pedal boat, and water bouncer all available for use! Whether you prefer the beach and the sun or ice fishing and hockey, this home is wonderful at all times throughout the year. The colors are beautiful in the fall, especially when you're taking them in next to the fireplace in the four-season sunroom. Just a short jaunt to the campus of Notre Dame, this home is perfect for visiting the University for activities on campus. Located near Swiss Valley Ski Resort and Dr. Lawless park which offer fun winter activities such as downhill and cross-country skiing, tubing, hiking, and snowboarding. Take a day trip to Chicago, Grand Rapids, or enjoy the fantastic wine country of Southwest Michigan. Within a 20 mile radius, there are countless breweries, wineries, great restaurants, and shopping!
During the summer months, rentals are weekly, so all rentals will run Friday - Friday. Check-in at 4:00 pm. Check-out at 10:00 am.
Off-season (fall/winter/spring) months allow for extended weekend rentals.

Summary: This house is great. We came with 7 adults and 3 kids for a week. The place is fully stocked with anything you need. The beach was the favorite playground for the kids. The house has all sorts of toys for kids and adults. These owners are really thoughtful. By night we had a fire in the fire pit and dinner outside. It was great. The house isn’t in the big lake, it’s on a sort of cove or pond which is quiet. The only problem….and it’s a big one….they came by unannounced and sprayed the lake for weeds giving us about 30 seconds to get one pregnant woman and 3 kids inside. After that we couldn’t swim for 24 hours. dead fish were washing up on the beach. Needless to say it completely ruined our last day and a half. We were not putting kids in the water with dead fish. We couldn’t let them play ion the beach because they wanted to go in the water. We could still go on the big lake but the kids wouldn’t swim at the sand bar. It was a disaster. But if you are lucky you won’t get poisoned and you will have a great time at this house.

Summary: This property is absolutely GORGEOUS! The master bathroom shower had to be my absolute favorite part of the house. Todd was amazing in helping us get the property booked, and was super easy to communicate with and was very quick at responses. If you are looking for a place for relaxing this is your place. I would love to come back in the warmer months and enjoy the property even more. The house is laid out well and everything you could need during your stay (within reason) is there available for your use. You definitely cannot go wrong with this property. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Summary: It was a great experience! We have a cabin on the lake up north. This was a lot closer and something different. A nice change of scenery. Close to town. Would love to rent it next year for all of of our staff. Loved the beautiful lake and how big it was! Wish it was nice weather! Even though it was cloudy and a bit chilly we just dressed warmer. I had to contact the home owners once and they responded quickly! Very happy with this experience especially considering it was our first rental like this

Summary: We loved this house. There was plenty of space and was stocked with everything we needed, towels, kitchen items, toys, games, etc. The water toys were lots of fun. The kids loved having the sandy beach right outside the door to build sand castles. Fishing was really good too.

Summary: My extended family has stayed at several cabins over the last few years. This one was definitely the best. There were plenty of water toys to keep everyone happy. The beach front was right by the house so you didn't have to worry about running back and forth a distance. Inside was roomy and comfortable, especially in the kitchen where several people were usually making meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with needed equipment. It was just perfect for our family of 10--seniors to little boy. We all loved it.
