Positive: The location was perfect and in the usual area that I am used to. Checking in and out were a breeze. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were roomy. Also, the neighborhood was very dog friendly and full of side walks.

Negative: We had a couple of issues with the property that required us to talk to directly to the owners. The first was the ice maker not working and secondly, the dryer didn't work. I emailed and texted the owner, but never heard back. To be fair, it was Labor Day weekend. It was incredibly hot in the lower level and they didn't have fans in their rooms. My big brother ended up going to the store to buy a fan.

Negative: Was not clean when we got there had to wait an extra hour and half for the owner and cleaning lady to come. They told us they forgot about us . The shower in downstairs bathroom sucked . We had to take shower head off to get water to come out.

Positive: Enjoyed the location and the space.

Negative: I feel that the quality of the bed mattress should have been better for amount paid. I also feel that there should have been a better quality of kitchen ware. Also, the outside garbage can was full and there wasn't enough space for our garbage. We had hoped to be able to barbecue while there, however, that was not an option. We did not have access to the garage nor the back door.
