Waterfront cottage on waters edge recently remodeled and new to the rental market. Cottage is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Almost every room in the house has water view. Beside the views, location is another great amenity. You will feel as if you are so far away but yet so convenient to all the shops & restaurants. Thomas Point Beach is 2 minutes drive or bike ride that offers summer festivals, summer activities, sandy beach, and campgrounds.
Imagine waking up to the sound of crashing waves and the ocean breeze? Well…you will get that most days. Sit at the deck with your morning coffee and just admire the views, peace, and tranquility that the cottage and the coast has to offer. Watch boats and kayakers go by. Highly recommend that you bring bikes or a canoe or kayak so you could explore the area on water or on land. Depending on the tides and season, you could fish stripers right off of the rocks or pick mussels and oysters in front of the cottage. Plenty of fresh Mere Point oysters around to be found. We have shuck knifes for your convenience in case you got some or go to the sandy beach and watch clam diggers at work. You could also buy steamers right there to bring home and enjoy at boat price. If you are looking for a Maine vacation experience, this may be it!
We are half hour to Portland, half hour to Boothbay Harbor and 2 hours to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

Summary: Quiet neighborhood of seasonal residences overlooking a beautiful reach of Casco Bay. Close to Orr’s Island, Bailey Island, Harpswell Neck, and Cundy’s Harbor, as well as the attractions of Brunswick. House is comfortable, enjoys fresh sea-breezes, and everything is in good working order. We enjoyed the best rest here in our whole 12-day tour of Midcoast Maine.

Summary: Our stay at the cottage was very nice…as noted by the owner, the water views were wonderful with beautiful sunrises from the bedroom and living room windows, the home was supplied with all the towels we needed, and fully supplied kitchen. Summary: Perfect quiet spot for a tranquil retreat with relaxing waterfront views! This cozy house was a comfortable homebase for a long weekend exploring coastal Maine. Conveniently located near Brunswick Executive Airport and a short trip to explore the Portland area, Popham Beach, Harpswell, Bailey Island, and Hamilton Audubon Sanctuary. Delicious restaurants and sweet treats were discovered nearby. Try Sundrenched for lobster rolls and blueberry cocktails, Iris Eats for delicious breakfast sandwiches, Wild Oats Bakery & Cafe for lunch and sweets, Flight Deck Brewery for yummy pizza and a great selection of cold beer, and Fielder's Choice Ice Cream to name some favorites. Check-in/out was a breeze. The host, Laura, was quick to respond and kindly saved me by shipping a sentimental item I mistakenly left behind. Thanks for a fun stay!
