Summary: This is our second time to stay at this cabin and overall, it was good. However, when I attempted to contact the property manager with a question prior to our check-in, all I received was a canned reply from Vacasa inviting me to rent the cabin. Upon our arrival, we noticed there was no chopped wood for the fireplace and the only pieces anywhere around were small section of logs that had not been split, rendering them far too large to get inside the fireplace. The sheets and comforter set needs to be changed out. They both appeared old (it was the exact same set over two years ago during our first stay). The sheets were rough and there were no extra blankets. If you are considering staying here, especially when it’s 20 degrees, my suggestion is bring your own firewood and fire starter logs. We purchased plenty at the store and left what we didn’t use for the next tenant. Also, the microwave really needs to be replaced. There are large pieces of black duct tape all along the bottom, holding something in place. This tape was there over two years ago as well. It’s sad to see that the owner(s) still have yet to replace the VERY worn out furniture throughout.

Summary: Customer service was amazing! However, the grill did not work and the hot tub had more than half the jets not working. Only 1 seat in the hot tub had all the jets working and 1 more seat had only 1 jet working. Otherwise, everything was great! Amazing location and beautiful property!
