Positive: Beautiful location with our own private stream and waterfall. All comforts were considered with little snacks and drinks provided; outdoor chairs in great locations including adjacent to a fire pit, with blankets to keep warm (although it was not cold for the period we were there. Great breakfast. The orientation of the cottage and windows took advantage of the setting. We did plan to go out for a drive on of the days, but decided to stay and enjoy the location all day.

Negative: Nothing I didn't like.

Summary: Wonderful weekend away to celebrate our anniversay.

Positive: The lodge is a magical place. Peaceful with stunning surroundings and your own waterfall. Susan & Peter are amazing hosts and have thought of everything to give you a luxurious peaceful stay. All the extra touches they do are above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The bath is so big and perfect for couples to relax in.

Positive: We truly enjoyed every moment spent at this beautiful tranquil oasis, the perfect blend of comfort and nature ! The attention to detail is impeccable and the beautiful style of the lodge blends perfectly with the natural lush environment that looks very well looked after. The hospitality of our hosts was remarkable, they are by far the most accommodating and generous people. Everything was spotless, with thoughtful touches like croissants, fresh bread and milk , coffee pods, plenty of snacks, candles, flowers, and even wine!! The bed is cloud comfort , the bathtub has the best greenery view and generous size, the kitchen well equipped, wood fire ready to go , we haven't missed a thing. (We also loved the portable bluetooth speaker available to take outside, and the most comfortable lounge- we loved it so much , we ended up buying the same one for our home 2 days later :) Thank you Sue and Peter for your hospitality and sharing this beautiful piece of paradise , we will definitely return to recharge and relax again soon . We wish we could have spent at least an extra day , or even move in for good !
