This newly built 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom, 3,600 square foot home, offers unparalleled ocean, island, and mountain views including 85 feet of coastal frontage. Every piece of design was carefully thought out from the vaulted ceilings, massive bi-folding doors, Italian-style chef’s Kitchen, and custom light fixtures. There are Dual Primary Suites that each include a large Ensuite Bathroom, walk-in closet, fireplace, and ocean views, while the two other Guest Rooms also have their own private Bathrooms. The effortless indoor-outdoor flow opens up to a backyard dreamscape with a hot tub, firepit, outdoor dining table, and several seating areas, all with panoramic ocean views. Summary: Fabulous house overlooking the water. Had the grandparents and siblings here for graduation and the house was perfect. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely property in a great spot.
