Positive: Loved the location, it was an easy 2 blocks to Union Square. Had a cute balcony to people watch from. Really lovely food at the Tapas Restaurant attached to the Hotel. Staff were friendly

Negative: We liked everything about the property, it had an old world charm. There was a bit of a mix up about our room but they very kindly resolved this when a different suite became available. Thank you.
