Positive: The locatiion was sensational over looking the beach and only a short walk from the ferry, restaurants and a number of supermarkets. Room price was great value and we got a bonus of breakfast vouchers included. Breakfast was 3 different options of eggs with 2 add ons bacon, ham, sausages, mushrooms etc plus coffee, juice, porridge, salad, sweet patato.

Negative: The bathroom was mouldy along with the outside of the windows on the balcony. The room was generally clean but very dusty around the edges of the room and all surfaces of benches side tables etc. A number of stairs to carry your luggage up or drag your bags up a very steep driveway go get to the main entrance, then you have to carry the bags down a dozen or so stairs to receception.

Positive: The hotel is located right on the beach and within a 5 minute walk from the ferry pier. With breakfast included there is no better value for money to be had in Hong Kong. A short ferry ride from Central pier makes it a worth while destination where you are on a nice island, but still able to enjoy all Hong Kong has to offer. Nice view of the beach from your balcony.

Positive: The view from the balcony on a beautiful day is the wow factor of this hotel. The balcony looks across the ocean and beach and the sunset is lovely to the left. It's close to the town and comfortable. The room is a little dated but clean and comfortable. With the sound of the ocean at night it's easy to sleep to the sound of the waves.

Negative: It is difficult to find a powerpoint for the charger. There is USB ports but my device needed a powerpoint.
