Positive: Clean, comfortable and well located for the racecourse for work. Good communication and exactly as advertised. We sat out in the evening and had dinner. Will definitely re-book when back in the area.

Negative: Slight musty smell in the communal areas masked by a plug-in air freshener. I cut my foot on something sharp poking out of the stairs. Could do with adding a few mirrors. We all had to use the one mirror in the single bedroom to get ready.
