Positive: Beautiful castle which was very clean and lots of entertainment and things to do

Negative: Not all staff were helpful some gave alot of conflicting info . The shooting rage and spa staff were nice however .

Positive: It was lovely surrounding and the castle its self was great with amazing views. We both loved our stay at Studley Castle steeped in history. The grounds are amazing with little walks. Enjoyed the spa and our treatments both the ladies made our experience even more comfortable.

Negative: If I had to say one thing is that our pillows were lumpy. The room was spotless just the pillows let it down for 5*

Summary: Great stay to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary 😊

Positive: We had a large castle room which was a lovely surprise even though we had a lot of stairs to climb to get to it and it was a long way from the facilities ( not a problem for us) The pool area is amazing at studley and we were fortunate that it was quiet on both the occasions that we used it Food was nice and there is a good variety on offer I especially enjoyed the cocktail making experience and would recommend it It costs extra of course but well worth it

Negative: The air conditioning made it uncomfortably cold in the restaurant It would have been lovely during the heatwave but with the outside temperatures 14-15 degrees it could have been switched off completely

Negative: The burlesque show we didn't feel was appropriate for the venue. Unfortunately we left the theatre early 😕.

Positive: First impression were good room was clean spa staff were great breakfast staff were great

Negative: First impression were good room was clean and tidy after we went to the bar for a drink which for a pint of cider and double gin and lemonade was £19.80 thats the last time we went there the first night was awful it was 2single pushed together one mattress was like sleeping on a bench when we complained to reception which were not that great the only thing they offered to do was put a duvet underneath the sheet which didn't really make much difference second day they didn't empty the bin so we called down they said they'll send some up but never did customer service is not great spa staff were really nice we had b&b omelette and pancakes very oily bacon tasted like plastic would not recommend if you do stay 5min drive are 2 pubs that do a carvery which are priced between £10/£15 and were really nice
