Positive: Location, very convenient for our needs of a family member in St Michaels Hospital for emergency procedures.

Negative: Due to an unexpected discharge from the hospital, we did not need the last 5 days of our stay, informed the property of our early departure, and inquired about the possibility of a partial refund. During our stay, they were very prompt with communication via Text and Messaging from Booking.com. After our request, it was crickets, finally they just quit talking to us,,, never gave us any answer, so we just lost any chance of a compassionate rebate.

Positive: Great location, close to Chinatown. Simple online check in, no waiting at the front desk. Very clean

Negative: Not sound proof at all, some other customers were very loud coming in late at night, slamming the front door and dropping stuff. The room door is a simple house door, it blocks no sound. The room was very cold when I came in, no control for the temperature. Bathroom is kinda small and the shower head had an awkward angle.

Positive: I did not stay at the property listed. There was an issue which meant I was put somewhere that was almost an hours walk from the location I had booked - meaning I had to spend money on transit and taxis I wasn’t planning on.

Negative: It wasn’t the property I booked. The floors weren’t clean. The garden was messy. The water in the bathroom smelt like sewage.
