Positive: Our 3rd stay at the Warkworth House, and I doubt it will be our last! We love it here, mostly down to the warm, friendly atmosphere and outstanding hospitality from all the staff throughout our stay, you really are made to feel so welcome and well looked after. We had 2 evening meals during our visit and all the food was seriously good, my only problem was being spoilt for choice! We had a room on the ground floor at the rear of the hotel and this was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Negative: One small thing, the extractor in the bathroom wasn’t working, therefore the damp is causing the shower tile grout to discolour and seals to lift away.

Positive: Felt very comfortable on our stay ! Been before so knew what is was like - hence our return ! Very nice thank you.

Negative: Was asked at the end to pay for our accommodation? Even though I paid cash as we arrived ? Lack of communication maybe ???

Positive: Great breakfast, great location, lovely staff

Negative: The room we had this time was poor, it was like a different hotel from last time. Bed was poor and room very old. Water also Luke warm.
