Positive: Excellent facilities for 2 families. Great location with plenty of local bird life to watch. Plenty of separate areas to relax and one room with plenty of toys and books for the kids.

Positive: Property was very clean and bright. All rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. Driveway access to the property was not difficult. Refrigerators were both a good sizes. Three bathrooms made it easy for showering and getting ready in morning for early starts. Location was great for morning walks and central for drives in the Warburton & Yarra Valley region. We didn't see a lot of wildlife around the property but the Red King Parrots in the morning were beautiful.

Negative: Nothing to say about dislikes. The property was getting painted inside at the time of our booking. Some walls were patchy but this did not worry our group.

Summary: Fabulous stay in a Beautiful location with friends.

Positive: Absolute beautiful home very clean, in good proximity to town

Negative: Drive way very tricky to get out of due to overgrown trees/bushes. Was very hard to see if cars where passing

Positive: That it was available & claimed to accommodate the number of people we had in our group.

Negative: The house had a very odd lay-out. So strange that there was 2 x kitchens, and not really a lounge room for everyone to comfortably relax. Even though there were 2 x kitchens, there was barely any glasses, plates, bowls or cutlery. So we had to keep washing the few dishes that were there, but there was only a couple of dishwasher tablets. And 2 x bin liners. And most tlof the plates & bowls had big cracks or chips in them There were lots of weird Indore spaces filled with big white pebbles- which really hindered people moving around easily. There was also no window in the central bathroom, and the fan didn't work. No showers had screens/ curtains, so the water went everywhere. And the upstairs bathroom was so tiny that my friend knocked her head many times just trying to go to the toilet. The house is just a very strange and awkward layout. The yard/ garden was also VERY overgrown and untidy. The location was much further from Warburton township than we expected- over 6kms.

Positive: Wonderful location with everything we needed. Quiet location with no loud noises as we are a quiet family. Small travel to town to get groceries and was able to catch the last bit of snow at donna without having to use chains for the car, which was only 20 minutes away. Tommy's trout farm just down the road with wonderful smoked trout. The wood fire was amazing and there was so much room in the house even though there were only 4 of us. Highly recommend this beautiful place.
