Negative: Fair overall, but poor value for money. The property is in a quiet residential area, quite far from the main attractions. The photos do not fully represent the actual rooms, especially the bedrooms and the ensuite bathroom. At check-in, we were asked to pay an unexpected insurance fee. Without agreeing to this extra charge, access to the apartment — already fully paid — would not have been granted. This additional cost was not mentioned at the time of booking.

Positive: Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was relatively close to my niece’s university.

Negative: We weren’t left with any instructions on how to operate the coffee pot or washing machine, no paper towels in kitchen, no dish soap to wash dishes, only one pod to wash in the dishwasher, the washing machine was only a washer and not combo dryer type, we were only left with one bath towel for each person for three nights and they were flimsy. It was noisy, you need to navigate some stairs. No welcome basket or coffee or wine.

Summary: Next time we’ll go to a full service hotel.
