Positive: Quiet remote with a very nice view

Negative: Altough access to water is near and well organize...their no beach and more rock than sand but your in the vincinity of a small coral reef arboring fish and turtle... if youre into snorkeling and paddle boarding for coastal exploration... its a definit YES... beach maniac looking for sand... well their a lots of beach in Ph... just not their... beach shouldn't be a deal breaker but you decide.

Positive: This is in a remote location well away from any town or built up area. This will suit anyone who wishes to get away from it all and has some peace and quiet. It’s only a very small resort also. The staff are great & the accommodation was really comfortable & clean. The resort is off the main road and getting there requires a drive along an undeveloped road. We made our own way there will a determined & skilled Tuktuk driver, although we had a lift when we left from someone who offered at the resort. The resort staff also asked when I booked if I needed transportation, so they can help if needed. The area is absolutely beautiful with the sea, greenery & coral reefs nearby. They have snorkels they lent us & there is also kayaks. They also provide food which you can pre order via a menu.

Negative: I don’t feel there’s anything we didn’t like about the property as it’s of a high standard. The only thing is you are limited to the resort as there’s nothing much within walking distance. The resort provides your meals which I thought are great.

Positive: This place is awesome for chilling out and getting away from the city. Plus, a great breakfast is included. The staff were super helpful and took care of everything we needed.

Positive: We loved being able to go into the water and snorkel right from the villa.

Negative: Was very remote, but it was nice to be away from city and enjoy the property.

Positive: Excellent stay, they should be finishing the swimming pool and other facilities soon, and it's only going to elevate the experience. It is also removed from other busy parts on Samal, so if you wish to have a more private stay, this is your best option. Loved our stay!

Negative: Google Maps did get the location wrong; it should be updated as soon as possible.

Positive: This place is a hidden gem to say the least! Has to be the nicest accomodation I have stayed in all of my visits to the Philippines so far, if your looking for luxury, peace and quiet, great food and your own reef to explore without overcrowding then this place is for you! Ofcourse this comes at an extra cost compared to other accomodation but it's well worth the spend and very good value for money, you won't be disappointed

Negative: My only comment would be the road to the accommodation is for want of a better word adventurous, if you have a 4wd or motor and are confident in rough and tight roads then you will be ok, if you don't then get the ride in on offer from the accomodation and have no worries at all At the end of the day, the saying goes "The best places are hard to find" so until it becomes concrete snap up the opportunity and relax in style

Positive: Room was beautiful, comfortable and comfy. Shower had warm water and was large. Food was decent. Area was very peaceful, tranquil and remote. Lots of wild natural sea life to see. Good aircon. Loved the patio with bridge that was in the water like a boardwalk. Wifi worked well. It had transportation to the resort. Oncall massage was good.

Negative: Road to get there was very rough and unimproved. Outdoor Jacuzzi tub was dirty, hammock was unsafe, food could have been warmer and with more options, wished there was more things to do like cayayking, hiking, gym or there was pool. Beach was not great for swimming or laying down as shown on pictures. Resort appears to be under construction still.
